As Compliance Manager, you will:

Lead the interpretation of regulatory change frameworks (APRA, ASIC and other superannuation-specific requirements) and provide clear, practical advice to the business.

Develop and enhance compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on compliance matters, ensuring regulatory obligations are understood and embedded across the organisation.

Support day-to-day BAU compliance activities including monitoring, reporting, and training.

Play a key role in growing the function, including building out your team with a direct report.

You’ll be someone with:

Strong experience in superannuation compliance, ideally within a fund or financial services organisation.

Proven ability to interpret and advise on regulatory change, with a commercial and pragmatic approach.

Previous leadership exposure or readiness to take ownership of building and managing a team.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence across all levels of the business.
