About the Role
As the site's EHS Manager, you will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of environment, health, and safety management. Your leadership will ensure compliance with statutory obligations, maintain key environmental licences, and drive continuous improvement across all EHS functions.

You will be instrumental in building a culture of safety and environmental stewardship, providing expert guidance to senior leaders, and aligning site practices with broader organisational strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert EHS guidance to senior management and influence policy and practice changes.
• Develop and deliver EHS strategies that achieve an incident-free workplace and zero environmental non-compliances.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the EHS team to support operational and business goals.
• Oversee statutory compliance, environmental reporting, and delivery of sustainable services.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring EHS services are delivered to the highest standards.

About You We are seeking an experienced EHS leader with the following background:
