About the Role
As the site's EHS Manager, you will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of environment, health, and safety management. Your leadership will ensure compliance with statutory obligations, maintain key environmental licences, and drive continuous improvement across all EHS functions.
You will be instrumental in building a culture of safety and environmental stewardship, providing expert guidance to senior leaders, and aligning site practices with broader organisational strategies. Collaboration across regional operations will also be key, ensuring best practice is shared and implemented consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert EHS guidance to senior management and influence policy and practice changes.
- Develop and deliver EHS strategies that achieve an incident-free workplace and zero environmental non-compliances.
- Lead, mentor, and empower the EHS team to support operational and business goals.
- Oversee statutory compliance, environmental reporting, and delivery of sustainable services.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring EHS services are delivered to the highest standards.

About You We are seeking an experienced EHS leader with the following background:
- Degree in Health & Safety and/or Environmental Management.
- Proven experience in high-risk heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong track record of implementing EHS initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
