Your next step in your health and safety career could be leading HSEQ on a $600 million heavy services project. You’ll report to the Senior HSEQ Manager and be supported by a long-standing coordinator, who will give you the backing and resources to set high standards from day one.

This role suits either an established HSEQ Manager with experience across complex builds or a senior advisor who is ready to step up. Either way, your background on high-value projects will be recognised and put to use in a business known for delivering safely and consistently.

The company is a T2 business with a T3 feel. So, whether you're stepping down from the T1 ocean or up from the T3 pond, you will find the missing piece of the puzzle that is your career, here. The GM still has a personal touch, they have regular catch-ups, social outings and most of all flexibility when it comes to personal commitments. There is a progressive well-being policy as well.

To be considered, you’ll need at least five years in an HSEQ role within commercial construction and a proven ability to manage systems, coordinate stakeholders, and support safe project delivery.
