The purpose of the Workers Rights Education and Support Project Coordinator role is to coordinate the delivery of the final year of this four-year project.
This is a part time (3 days per week), fixed term contract until end of June 2026.
This role will be responsible for facilitating the final elements of the project including training and supporting a final cohort of WRESP champions and facilitating feedback and evaluation from champions and stakeholders to capture learnings, recommendations and possible future actions for this critical work.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the delivery of the final year of the four year project, including final actions, synthesis, recording and reporting of outcomes and findings
Coordinate recruitment, training, support and graduation of Community Champions (12-15 South-East Qld based participants)
Facilitate community participation and engagement
Coordinate stakeholder engagement
Deliver regular reports to internal and external stakeholders including final evaluation report
Research, develop and support the facilitation of targeted presentations and/or workshops surrounding key areas of Workers Rights
Develop and support implementation of client feedback and evaluation for the project
Deliver client focused advocacy and liaison with community and government agencies to establish pathways for appropriate service options for individual clients and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
