Impact Community Health Service (ICHS) is growing! We have an exciting opportuning for a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of the Discovery Coast Primary Health Care Continuity Plan - a key initiative under the Resilient Care Grant.

This on-site role is full-time and fixed-term until 30 June 2026.

Key responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with health care providers, emergency services, and local government.

Program Coordination: Lead the co-design and implementation of the Primary Health Care Continuity Plan, including tools and formal agreements.

Training & Simulation: Organise and deliver training sessions and mock disaster scenarios to test preparedness.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, prepare reports, and support program evaluation activities.

Sustainability Planning: Develop long-term strategies, activation protocols, and handover frameworks.

General Duties: Contribute to a safe workplace and support broader organisational initiatives as required.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Tertiary qualifications in health, emergency management, project management, or a related field.

Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills, both written and verbal

Sound knowledge of disaster preparedness, continuity planning, and regional service delivery

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Current driver’s license and willingness to travel across the Discovery Coast region (company vehicle provided)
