Project Coordinator – 3–6 Month Contract

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Coordinator to join a dynamic not-for-profit organisation. This role will provide vital support across a range of property and capital works projects while also assisting with the delivery of new initiatives that make a real difference in the community.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and varied role where you will:

• Assist with the establishment and coordination of sites across Queensland.
• Support the Project Manager in the delivery of capital works projects, including property upgrades, solar installations, and contractor coordination.
• Liaise with builders, contractors, and internal stakeholders – ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.
• Provide administrative support including documentation reviews, compliance checks, and coordination with Health & Safety teams.
• Act as a conduit in project discussions, helping to keep tasks moving and deadlines met.
• Problem-solve day-to-day challenges and provide general project coordination support.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in an administrative or project coordination role, ideally within a construction, property, or capital works environment.
• Confident with construction/building terminology and comfortable engaging with contractors.
• A strong communicator who can quickly pick things up, take ownership, and deliver outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and compliance requirements.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
