We’re currently seeking a Office Admin and Accounts Clerk to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, great organisational skills, and solid experience using Xero. Hours are negotiable and would suit someone wanting approx 20hrs per week.

We’re looking for a motivated individual who’s eager to learn, grow, and develop into a Project Coordinator or Estimator. You’ll gain valuable industry experience, work alongside a supportive team, and receive on-the-job training to build your skills in project management, estimating, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
Upload all bills into Xero accurately and in a timely manner
Xero System Maintenance:
Perform regular matching of transactions
Stock and Office Supplies:
Liaise with suppliers and arrange orders as needed
Administrative & Project Management Support:
Assist with project coordination, including:
Sending plans to tradesmen for quoting/tender
Following up with trades to confirm availability
Assisting with the creation and coordination of project schedules and onsite requirements
Finalising certification with gathering certificates from tradesperson
Sourcing prices of materials and ordering
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in the joinery, construction, or manufacturing industries (preferred but not essential)
Experience in accounts payable and admin roles
Confidence using Xero, Xcel and Word
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
