The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join a well-established and growth-focused team. In this role, you will:

• Consult with clients to understand their lending needs and financial goals
• Source and recommend loan solutions tailored to their circumstances
• Liaise with lenders and stakeholders throughout the approval process
• Manage your pipeline with the support of experienced loan processing staff
• Maintain compliance and deliver exceptional service that fosters repeat and referral business

About You To succeed in this role, you'll be relationship-driven, self-motivated, and eager to deliver value to clients.
Key requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage broking or home lending
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
• Strong product knowledge across major and non-bank lenders
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
