Role Responsibilities:

Client Liaison: Meet with clients both new and existing. Understand clients' financial goals and assess their requirements.

Assessment: Provide personalized mortgage strategy advice, assess borrowing capacity, and recommend viable lender options. Work with investment consultants to aid in sale of property investment and SMSF strategy.

Lender Application: Gather necessary paperwork and provide clear instructions to our admin team for seamless application processing.

Compliance: Adhere to NCCP and ASIC Regulations, ensuring responsible lending and best interest duty obligations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 2 years as a qualified Mortgage Broker. Preferably have worked with 2-part House and Land loans and 1-part SMSF loans

Qualifications: MUST have Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma & Professional Membership with MFAA or FBAA.

Skills: Strong lender policy knowledge, SMSF loan experience, quick refinancing turn around, off-the plan lending solutions

Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to a strong work ethic.

Collaborative Mindset: Desire to be part of a team with a long-term career goal in strategic mortgage broking.

Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary + commission + superannuation.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm Queens road office location
