About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker (Loan Writer) to join our Melbourne team. This is a high-performance role focused purely on executing deals – no cold calling, no lead generation. You’ll be supported by our proven framework and strong pipeline of motivated clients.
What You’ll Do
Manage the loan process end-to-end – from application to settlement
Partner with our property and finance teams to deliver seamless solutions
Navigate SMSF, trusts, and complex investment scenarios with confidence
Work across a wide range of lenders, including second-tier
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in loan writing or mortgage broking
Cert IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (completed)
Experience with SMSF and second-tier lenders
Skilled in ApplyOnline and LoanApp/Simpology
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Proven results: currently settling $3M+ per month and 100+ career settlements
