As an Assistant Lounge Manager at one of our premier Airport Lounges in Brisbane Airport, you'll host travelers from around the world, providing a relaxing, luxurious escape. The Position:

• Provide hands on leadership and management support at an operational level
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of services in an airport lounge environment
• Monitor and ensure food quality, service standards & initiatives, food & workplace safety, management systems, processes & procedures are implemented, measured and maintained to the highest standards.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve ongoing improvements
• Attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry through continuous improvement and training

The Person:

• RSA and Approved Manager
• Current or previous managerial experience in a premium hospitality setting
• Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients
• Leadership skills to build, train, and motivate effective teams
• Great energy, flexibility, and professional presentation in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations

An ASIC security clearance will be required (We will provide)

A flexible approach to your working hours will be required. Our Lounges are open 7 days a week.
