Your Role

You’ll be the driving force that ensures every guest leaves with a smile and every shift runs like clockwork. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll:

Lead and motivate a dynamic front-of-house team.

Deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Oversee daily operations, compliance, and venue presentation.

Solve challenges on the fly, keeping calm and focused under pressure.

Coach, mentor, and uplift your team—empowering them to perform at their best.

Contribute to planning, promotions, and the ongoing evolution of the Holy Ship experience.

Qualifications required:

RSA (essential)

Food Safety Certificate (desirable)

First Aid Certificate (desirable)

Queensland RMLV (desirable)
