We're looking for a passionate and capable Store Manager & Assistant Manager to lead our opening team and help bring our fresh, fast, and delicious pasta experience to life.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store — from managing staff and ensuring service excellence, to upholding food quality, maintaining stock levels, and creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere.

As our Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a fun, fast-paced venue that's all about quality, convenience, and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For:

Proven hospitality experience, ideally as a cook or chef in quick-serve or casual dining

Strong management and leadership skills

A proactive, hands-on attitude — you lead by example

Confidence in handling rosters, stock, team training, and customer service

A sense of ownership and pride in running a smooth, high-performing operation

Great communication and a positive, can-do mindset

Must have Australian work rights or a valid visa with work entitlements

Experience with POS systems, wage budgeting, and achieving sales targets/KPIs
