About the Role

Gemelli Brisbane is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and executive team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a rare opportunity, and we are considering only serious and committed candidates.

Key Duties

Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations

Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service

Coordinate and manage events and functions

Handle guest requests with professionalism and genuine care

Ensure the safe, profitable, and efficient running of the restaurant

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in a similar Assistant Manager role

Full Australian working rights (preferred)

Calm, professional approach under pressure

Strong communication and leadership skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities

Commitment to both customer service and staff development
