The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the electronic security industry, who thrives on managing complex projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple electronic security projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk strategies.

Work closely with clients to design tailored security solutions that meet their needs.

Oversee the installation and integration of CCTV, access control, alarms, and integrated security systems.

Track and manage budgets, reporting on progress and ensuring financial targets are met.

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Conduct regular project reviews, providing clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What You’ll Bring

Current NSW Security Licence & Driver’s Licence.

White Card (OH&S Induction).

Tertiary qualification or certification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (TAFE or equivalent preferred).

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects in the electronic security sector.

Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, integrations).

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel when required.
