About the Role

Our client is on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the electronic security industry, who thrives on managing complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electronic security projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk strategies.
• Work closely with clients to design tailored security solutions that meet their needs.
• Oversee the installation and integration of CCTV, access control, alarms, and integrated security systems.
• Track and manage budgets, reporting on progress and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular project reviews, providing clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

About You

• Current NSW Security Licence & Driver’s Licence.
• White Card (OH&S Induction).
• Tertiary qualification or certification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (TAFE or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects in the electronic security sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, integrations).
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel when required.
