About the Role

• Own and manage a key product segment within the business;
• Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer satisfaction;
• Design, implement and manage customer loyalty programs to drive repeat purchase and brand advocacy;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver segment-specific solutions;
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement; and
• Provide support to the Senior Marketing Manager on broader strategic projects.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product or category management within consumer goods or related industries, experience in trade would be desirable;
• Strong execution capability with hands-on experience managing product portfolios or bundles;
• Proven experience in developing and managing customer loyalty or rewards programs;
• Ability to develop and deliver segment-specific marketing plans;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; and
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
