This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Adviser who wants to broaden their expertise, gain exposure across multiple industries, and work with some of Australia's leading organisations. You'll join a collaborative team, report directly to the HR Lead, and enjoy the flexibility of working from home two days a week.

Your role at a glance:

Act as the first point of contact for HR matters including grievances, disciplinary issues, investigations, and award interpretation

Support HR and Payroll projects such as EA negotiations and payroll transitions

Drive talent initiatives, recruitment, and onboarding processes

Get involved in a wide variety of HR activities with plenty of scope to grow

What you bring to the team:

At least 3 years' experience in a similar HR role

Strong knowledge of Australian IR, awards, and enterprise agreements

Proven employee relations experience, including managing complex investigations end-to-end

Payroll exposure and confidence working with related processes
