Regional Manager – Complex Rehab

Regional Manager | Lead 3 sites across Fyshwick, Bega & Batemans Bay – driving sales, service excellence, and team performance in retail, operations & rehab.

Lead a high-performing retail, operations, and service network across three sites. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and customer experience while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and team engagement. Key focus areas include branch performance, stakeholder relationships, staff development, and delivering outstanding service in both light and complex rehab.

Key responsibilities:
A hands-on leadership role overseeing retail, operations, and service performance across three sites. Responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and customer experience while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and team engagement. Key duties include:

· Managing sales, rentals, service, and logistics

· Responsible for achieving team sales targets

· Overseeing service delivery across light and complex rehab

· Building stakeholder relationships with healthcare groups and partners

· Coaching and supporting staff development through regular branch visits

· Travel within your assigned region including regular visits to Bega and Batemans Bay

· Full P&L responsibility for business
