A national leader in assistive technology is expanding its complex rehab team and seeking a passionate Sales Representative within Complex Rehab to specialise in power wheelchairs and advanced seating solutions.

Whether you’re already a sales professional within the sector or a clinician (OT/Physio) who has scripted power chairs before and wants to take your skills into a commercial role, this is your chance to make an even bigger impact.

Here, you’ll combine clinical expertise with consultative sales skills to deliver tailored mobility solutions that transform independence and quality of life for clients across the NDIS, hospitals, aged care, and community sectors.

ROLE

Assess, prescribe, and fit complex rehab solutions including power chairs and seating systems

Partner with OTs, physios, and support coordinators to deliver person-centred outcomes

Conduct client trials, assessments, fittings, and provide post-sale support

Build and nurture strong clinical and referral networks across your territory

Manage your pipeline and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture

Stay up to date with new technology, funding pathways, and NDIS requirements

What We’re Looking For

EITHER: An experienced sales rep in complex rehab who knows the industry, OR

A clinician (OT/Physio) with experience scripting power chairs who wants to explore a rewarding career in sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and clinical stakeholders

A genuine passion for improving the independence and wellbeing of people living with disability

Motivation to grow, achieve results, and be part of a purpose-driven team

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of individuals with complex disabilities to determine their mobility and assistive technology needs. Provide expert advice, recommendation, education and support to clinicians, clients and their families

Equipment Scripting and Fitting: Prescribe and fit complex disability mobility and assistive technology equipment that aligns with clinical and functional requirements. Provide product trials and training where necessary.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospital, aged care, and community sectors to expand our customer base and market presence.

Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. Managing the sales lifecycle from assessment through quote to closure of the sale.

Product Knowledge: Stay current on the latest advancements in complex disability mobility and assistive technology equipment, providing expertise and guidance to healthcare professionals and clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of clinical assessments, equipment prescriptions, and client interactions in line with the proper compliance and requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Current Valid Australian Driver’s License required.

Australian PR/Citizen. No sponsorship on offer.

Current National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
