About the Role
We are a fast-growing inbound day tour company operating across the Asia-Pacific region. We are seeking a motivated Destination Manager to lead our Sydney tour operations. This role combines on-the-ground management with coordination responsibilities, ensuring smooth logistics and outstanding service for our international guests.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily tour operations in Sydney and surrounding areas

Coordinate schedules and maintain clear communication with local guides and transport partners

Supervise field operations and respond promptly to unexpected issues on-site

Assist with pick-up, drop-off, or guiding when necessary

Provide regular updates and operational insights to the head office

Ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all tours

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in Korean & English OR Chinese & English (spoken and written)

Valid Australian driver licence (Class C) – able to drive 7–12 seat vans

Confident driving in both metropolitan and regional areas

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Must have legal working rights in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or related service industries (not essential but valued)

Passion for customer service and hands-on problem solving

Knowledge of Sydney attractions and interest in the local tourism industry

Work Type: Full-time (3-month probation period applies)
