We are on the lookout for a great Leasing Executive and Business Development Support to join one of our top client clients in Hunters Hill. This role will be integral to a large property management team and will be heavily supported by a robust sales team helping with up to 80% of warm leads.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

CRM management of cold, warm and hot lead lists

Manage all to-market administration, compliance and marketing for agents listings

Diary management

Aid in the listing process and be hands-on with clients through the process

Hands on management of marketing via web, print and social

Support with client communication, data maintenance and management from appraisal through to post settlement

Communicating with vendors and purchasers, developers and or leases and lessors

Work closely with Sales Agents & Property management team

Skills and Experience

The ability to build and nurture relationships when engaging new business

Excellent communication skills, proven management skills with ability to multi task

Excellent presentation, organisational and administration skills

Current Drivers Licence and Reliable car

Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
