We utilise Telehealth and innovative clinical technology solutions to make high quality mental healthcare affordable, available and accessible for everybody.

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our launch and growth strategy and to take responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of our clinical and business operations.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a key leadership role and use all of your skills to launch and grow a service that makes a real difference to people’s lives, their health outcomes, and to how mental healthcare is delivered.

Salary is negotiable, dependent upon applicant's skills and competencies

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong interest in improving mental health outcomes

Excellent leadership, management skills, decision-making abilities, communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term commercial success

Appropriate tertiary qualifications required (eg. Diploma of Practice Management, Bachelor/Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field)

Minimum 5 years' experience in GP Practice management, with demonstrated success in practice development and growth

Accomplished people manager to ensure efficient and effective management and motivation of staff working remotely

Advanced ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, adapt to changing demands, and work both autonomously and as part of the team

Skilled in the use of Best Practice software and other technology to enhance service quality and delivery

Advanced knowledge of Medicare, relevant legislation, healthcare regulations and compliance standards including the accreditation process

Proficiency in using HPOS and PRODA

Highly skilled in financial management and accounting principles

Must have permanent rights to work in Australia
