The Opportunity
Our client, a boutique law firm located on the city fringe, is seeking their first-ever Practice Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly created role and work closely with two Directors and a team of 10.

You'll play a key part in leading the operational side of the practice, freeing up the Directors to focus on clients and strategy, while ensuring the team and business are supported to deliver their best work.

The Role
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Overseeing practice operations and driving efficiency

Supporting Directors with implementation of strategic initiatives

Leading and mentoring the administrative and support team

Streamlining processes and improving systems

Managing HR, finance, and compliance functions with a proactive, hands-on approach

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

Previous leadership experience in a legal or professional services setting

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

The ability to balance day-to-day detail with long-term goals
