A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a high-performing finance team within a well-established global media and entertainment business. With a strong international presence and decades of industry experience, the company is recognised as a market leader. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

Manage month-end process including accruals, journals, P&L, balance sheet and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly management reports with commentary for senior stakeholders

Oversee interim and annual audits, ensuring compliance and strong financial controls

Support budgeting and forecasting, providing analysis to aid decision-making

Partner with stakeholders across the business on finance processes and reporting

Identify efficiencies, streamline workflows, and reduce manual reporting

Provide financial modelling and analysis for projects and initiatives

Assist with ad hoc projects and system improvements as required

To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years of accounting experience, either as a Management or Financial Accountant in a large complex business, or within a Big 4 or 2nd tier accounting firm. You will have the ability to work autonomously, possess a can-do attitude, be highly organised with strong attention to detail, demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, and have excellent communication abilities.
