The Role
Pentana Stanton Lawyers is seeking a passionate Senior Family Law Associate for their recently expanded Dandenong Office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including:
Divorce
Parenting arrangements
Child support and binding child support agreements
Spousal maintenance & financial agreements
Property settlements
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian PC and admission to the SCV & HCA
Skills: Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
