PRD Legal is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join our growing team based in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated practitioner who is looking to take on a leadership role while contributing meaningfully to client outcomes.

About the Role:

Lead and manage a family law practice within our Preston office.

Supervise and mentor two soon to be admitted lawyers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Work closely with the Senior Lawyer on complex matters and practice development.

Handle a varied caseload of family law matters with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years post-admission experience in Family Law.

Strong knowledge of the Family Law Act and related legislation.

Demonstrated ability to manage a busy file load while maintaining excellent client service.

Proven experience in mentoring or supervising.

High-level organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Court appearance experience.
