Senior Family Lawyer - 5+ Years PAE | Hybrid | Eastern Suburbs

A long-standing full service boutique law firm is seeking an experienced family lawyer to join its family law team. You'll work with Accredited Specialists in a professional but relaxed environment that encourages practical thinking, respect, and genuine work-life balance. This is a full-time role with 3 days in-office and 2 from home, based at one of the firm's Eastern Melbourne offices.

About the Role

You'll work across a range of complex family law matters, including:

• Property and financial settlements
• Parenting and relocation disputes
• Binding Financial Agreements and superannuation issues
• Spousal maintenance, child support, and intervention orders

You'll manage your own files and work closely with senior practitioners, including Accredited Family Law Specialists.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience in family law
• Confident handling complex property and parenting matters
• Strong drafting, client management, and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently but value team support and guidance
• Looking for a long-term role in a stable, respectful workplace
