BCP Group is a long established company based in Busselton and Bunbury W.A. with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand & gravel supply, and demolition. The business is looking for a Civil Engineer with at least 2 years experience in earthworks, drainage, roads and subdivisions.

Responsibilities include:

Project management of civil works projects to ensure project objectives and agreed specifications are achieved.

Managing project scope, the program of works, resource requirements, budgets, quality, safety standards to ensure customer expectations are meet.

Tendering and estimating as required.

Essential Attributes

To be considered for this position we are seeking the following skills and experience:

Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering

A minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in civil works including earthworks, drainage, roads and subdivisions

Good written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
