The Role

As a Site Engineer / QA Engineer, you’ll be the key link between pre-construction planning and site delivery. Working closely with Project Managers, you’ll ensure projects are set up for success and delivered to the highest QA standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Setting up QA systems pre-construction and supporting project mobilisation.
• Performing site checks and collaborating with site teams to maintain quality.
• Managing QA documentation and ensuring smooth handovers at practical completion.
• Assisting with tender take-offs and handling variations from tender to construction.

About You

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (*minimum)
• 1–4 years’ civil contracting experience as Graduate or Site/QA Engineer.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A clear communicator who enjoys working with both office and site teams.
• Motivated to develop your career with a supportive and growing business.
• For logistical considerations, ideally residing South-of-the-River in Perth given that the office is in Perth’s southern suburbs.
