Clarity Partners is partnering with a growing and forward-thinking civil and structural engineering consultancy. With a strong presence across Western Australia, Queensland, the ACT, and NSW, this firm works across a variety of commercial, residential, and high-rise projects, as well as temporary works and facades.

We are seeking a Civil Design Drafter to join the Perth-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful civil infrastructure and urban development projects while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil design and documentation using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
• Support the design of stormwater drainage, roadworks, earthworks, and utility services
• Interpret engineering plans, specifications, and survey data to produce accurate documentation
• Liaise with engineers and other design professionals to ensure coordination across disciplines
• Maintain high drafting standards and adhere to project timelines and quality expectations
• Assist in delivering design solutions for a range of urban development and infrastructure projects in WA

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a civil drafting role within engineering consultancy
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of local design standards, codes, and practices
• Experience with subdivisions, roads, drainage, and infrastructure design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
