• Hourly rate: $48 - $56 + super, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses across treatment and chronic disease management
• Drive clinical excellence and strategic improvements in patient care
• Support GPs with assessments, care plans, and chronic disease coordination
• Ensure compliance, safety, and smooth daily operations
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to manage resources and performance

Who You Are

• AHPRA-registered RN with proven leadership experience
• Background in general practice or primary health care
• Strong clinical skills and strategic mindset
• Confident communicator with a calm, supportive presence
• Passionate about mentoring and delivering exceptional care
