Associate Electrical Engineer | Melbourne | 2IC role

This isn’t your standard engineering consultancy. Think closer to an architectural studio, privately owned, design-focused, collaborative. The kind of place where the vibe and the people matter as much as the projects (super cheesy to write that but it's a true story).

The Melbourne team is humming. The Director has the runs on the board and now needs a right-hand Electrical lead to help take things further.

This is a chance to step into a senior leadership role where you’ll be:

• Working directly alongside the Director as their 2IC
• Leading projects and being front and centre with clients
• Helping grow the business, not by bringing in a black book of contacts, but by presenting well, representing the brand, and being open to shaking the odd tree to pick up work
• Joining a consultancy that is small in size but with a big reach across Australia and the APAC region

What you’ll bring:

• Chartered or close to NER (essential)
• Bonus points if you’re RPEQ (to support their Brisbane projects)
• Strong technical leadership in building services electrical design
• Ability to guide teams and deliver on complex projects
• Confidence to represent the business with clients and industry partners
