Role Overview: As a Senior Power Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of their renewable energy projects. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, analyzing, and implementing power systems that maximize efficiency and reliability. You will lead a talented team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of power systems for renewable energy projects.
• Conduct R0 and R1 studies across multiple client portfolios
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Conduct feasibility studies, grid connection studies, and power system simulations.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in power systems and renewable energy technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Extensive experience in power systems engineering, with a focus on renewable energy.
• Strong proficiency in power system analysis tools and software (e.g., PSSE, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD).
• Prior experience conducting load flow analysis and hold point testing's
• Conduct R0, R1 and R2 studies
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
