As a Principal Advisor, you will:

• Develop, manage and implement work plans and programs that support the effective delivery of services.
• Provide high level liaison, consultation and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders towards the development and implementation of AS&RS procedure and policy initiatives.
• Prepare a range of written materials including executive correspondence, briefing material, training resources and information papers concerned with the development of Policy, Procedures and supporting documents.
• Facilitate effective communication and influence with key internal and external stakeholders, through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
• Provide support and guidance to service areas, anticipating and addressing challenges and opportunities that facilitate high performing teams and great quality outcomes for participants.
• Recognise and contribute to the governance structure, supporting quality outcomes for staff and participants through the delivery of quality services and continuous improvement.
• Build a collaborative and inclusive culture, promote ethical behaviour, supporting staff wellbeing and professional growth.
