Due to expansion and redevelopment of existing venues, we are seeking duty managers to join the Hunter team. About The Role

We are looking for the best managers to assist in the operations of our key venues. Reporting into the venue licensees, you will lead your team through busy services periods, always ensuring a high level of customer service. This role is a full-time management position that will require you to be involved in staff training, stock control and financial reconciliation as well as being on the floor, leading the team on the ground and creating positive and genuine interactions and experiences for our guests.

About You

· A minimum of 2 years previous management experience and strong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy hotel.

· Extensive background in a strong F&B orientated venue with proven results to show same.

· Knowledge and interest in gaming and wagering operations and the required service levels to be top of the game

· Computer and cash counting skills

· Current RSA & ARCG certificates, basic knowledge of industry compliance and regulations

· A hands on approach to management - Our managers run food and clear plates

· A friendly, self motivated personality with excellent people skills who can confidently lead and train a team

· A passion for the hospitality industry with the ability to create a positive and proactive working environment

· Australian work authorisation is required for this position
