Little Endeavours is growing, and we are looking for our next star! We are an amazing team of educators looking for a Childcare Director/ Nominated Supervisor (ECT preferred) to join our team! Our brand new centre is a 50 place, family owned long day care that prides itself on its excellent relationships with families and staff. We are looking for a committed, passionate and enthusiastic leader to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee the overall operations of the centre and ensure compliance with childcare regulations at all times

Maintaining the high quality of the service in line with the NQF and EYLF

Lead a team of amazing educators

Administrative duties including but not limited to emails, accounts and enrolments

Maintaining family relationships.

The person we are looking for will have:

Extensive experience in a Director role, minimum 3+ years experience

Must have excellent communication, verbal and written skills.

Hold a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching

Hold current WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates

Have excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQS

Experience with OWNA (preferred)
