We are looking for a dedicated Nominated Supervisor at our 23-place centre. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong leadership skills, and be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and staff. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, building relationships with families, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will also manage the centre’s curriculum, administration, and budgeting.

Qualifications include a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, 1+ years in a leadership role, a current First Aid Certificate, and a valid Working with Children Check. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
