The Centre
An exciting leadership opportunity has become available for an experienced Director in a quality focused centre. It is also an opportunity for an experienced 2IC or Assistant Director who wants their next step but has no opportunity in their current centre. Located in Sutherland Shire, this centre is part of a growing organization, offering the opportunity for future career progression and is working off the floor. With purpose-built facilities, the service gives children the opportunity to explore, learn and grow in a secure and supportive environment. The centre has built an excellent reputation within the local community and gets involved through excursions, service visits and fundraisers.

The ideal Director
You'll ideally have a minimum of two years experience as a centre director with further experience in both the assessment and rating process and developing a QIP. Alternatively, you can be an experienced Assistant Director seeking career progression. You'll have strong leadership abilities and present with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively promote the service within the local community.

Suitable applicants must have:

• Previous experience as Centre Director or Coordinator (2+ years) or experienced as a 2IC
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACEQCA equivalent.
• extensive knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current WWCC, First Aid, Asthma and CPR check
