Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll be the go-to operational leader – driving efficiency across the business, building scalable systems, and acting as the escalation point for service and supply challenges. What you’ll be doing

Lead operations projects that lift efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Oversee a technical support team (B2B & B2C) and manage third-party service providers.

Ensure smooth handling of technical inquiries, installations, warranty claims, and customer escalations.

Manage the supply chain team, overseeing logistics, freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and supplier negotiations.

Implement forecasting, stock management, and supplier diversification to strengthen resilience.

Build and refine systems, reporting, and KPIs across operations, supply chain, and service.

Act as 2iC to the COO, leading strategic projects and supporting executive decision-making.

What you’ll bring

8+ years’ experience in operations within a product-based industry or coming from a business that is a manufacturer.

Proven track record leading both B2B and B2C technical service/support functions.

Strong leadership – able to inspire internal teams while managing external partners.

Commercial mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.

Skilled at building systems, improving processes, and aligning KPIs.

Experience with supply chain management, supplier negotiations, and logistics.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to executives.
