Reporting to the COO, you’ll lead a capable team while managing global suppliers, building resilience into the supply chain, and driving efficiencies that support growth and new product integration. If you’re a hands-on operator who’s equally confident negotiating with suppliers in China or optimising local logistics, this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and deliver supply chain strategies aligned to business growth.

Manage key supplier and OEM relationships globally, with a focus on Asia.

Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and cost efficiencies.

Lead inventory planning and forecasting to ensure consistent supply.

Oversee international and domestic logistics, 3PL, and warehousing.

Manage and mentor a team of five across procurement and logistics.

Implement reporting, systems, and KPIs for visibility and performance.

Partner with Product, R&D, and Sales to support launches and demand.

What you’ll bring

5+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.

Background in HVAC, energy, or electronics preferred.

Proven success managing offshore manufacturing partners (China ideal).

Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.

Experience with freight forwarders, customs, and 3PL management.

Solid leadership with the ability to motivate teams and manage partners.

Skilled in ERP, forecasting, and inventory systems.
