We are seeking an experienced supply chain leader to take ownership of end-to-end operations across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management. Covering a portfolio that includes air conditioning, heat pumps, energy storage and smart devices, this role is critical in ensuring operational excellence while supporting ambitious growth and product integration plans.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain

Shape and deliver supply chain strategies that align with business goals and integration priorities.

Build resilience through demand planning, forecasting, and supplier diversification.

Procurement & Supplier Management

Lead supplier and OEM relationships (China and global), negotiating contracts and driving cost efficiencies.

Ensure suppliers meet quality, compliance, and sustainability standards.

Improve supplier reliability and performance through continuous review.

Inventory & Stock Control

Manage stock ordering processes to ensure product availability.

Optimise inventory to balance customer demand and working capital.

Use demand forecasts to drive replenishment planning.

Logistics & Operations

Oversee international and domestic logistics, including a local team of five.

Manage freight forwarders, customs clearance, 3PLs, and ensure timely deliveries.

Improve warehousing, distribution, and DIFOT performance.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with Product, R&D, Finance, and Sales to align supply chain with launches and demand.

Support resolution of supply issues, product recalls, warranty claims, and stock shortages.

Systems & Reporting

Enhance supply chain visibility through ERP and reporting tools.

Track KPIs including lead times, landed costs, DIFOT, and supplier performance.

Skills & Experience

8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations, ideally in HVAC, energy, or consumer electronics.

Demonstrated experience managing offshore manufacturing partners (China strongly preferred).

Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

Freight, logistics, and 3PL expertise in the Australian market.

High-level problem solving, analytical, and organisational capability.

Experienced leader with proven ability to engage teams and stakeholders.

ERP, forecasting, and inventory management proficiency.
