Position: Migration Lawyer

Location: Adelaide, South Australia

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses

Main duties will include:

Provide Immigration legal advice and assistance appropriate for client needs

Call and meet with prospective clients

Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals

Ensure files are managed appropriately

Appear in courts and tribunals

Ensure timely and positive contact with clients

Ensure budgetary requirements are met from month to month

The successful candidate must possess the following:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Migration Lawyer with a proven track record in Australian migration law.

A valid South Australian Practising Certificate

Unwavering commitment to providing exceptional client service

History of maintaining and forming strong working relationships with clients and team members

Excellent time management and personal organisation skills with deadline focus

Ability to maintain a high quality of work at all times

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Highly motivated and target driven

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to speak a second language would be useful but not essential
