Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Lawyer located in Adelaide, SA. The Family Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce & separation, child custody, and property settlements. Daily tasks include drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements. The role involves staying current with relevant laws and developing strategies to effectively advocate for clients.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in family law

Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in managing client relationships
