About the role
As the first point of contact for new and existing clients, you’ll be the heart of our service—providing clarity, comfort, and connection. You’ll help people navigate their care journey, resolve service issues, and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Be the go-to contact for new and existing AHAC clients
- Guide people through their care journey with empathy and clarity
- Troubleshoot service issues and ensure smooth, timely resolutions
- Support intake and referrals with a focus on person-centred care
- Keep accurate records and manage high-volume calls with ease
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support
About you
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A client-centric mindset with a passion for quality service
- Ability to manage high-volume enquiries and multitask effectively
- Experience in aged care or similar settings (desirable)
- Familiarity with Carelink+ and aged care funding streams (a plus)
