Customer Service Officer – Freight Management
We’re Effective Freight Solutions — a freight management company making freight easy for businesses across Australia. With peak season kicking off, we’re on the hunt for a Customer Service Officer who’s switched on, tech-savvy, and up for a challenge.
This role starts casual/contract, with the chance to become permanent for the right fit.
What you’ll actually do (no sugar-coating):
Use Machship daily to book, track, and manage freight
Keep customer records and comms sharp in HubSpot
Jump on calls/emails fast and give clear, friendly updates
Solve problems before they snowball 🚚💨
What we’re looking for:
A “customer first” mindset, always
Tech confident — can pick up new platforms quickly
Calm when things get busy (because they will)
Someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock in and out
