Job Opportunity – Linen Coordinator

We are a fast-growing short-term rental management company, currently managing 30 beautiful properties across the South Coast from Shellharbour to Milton. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional guest experiences, and high-quality linen is a big part of that.

We’re looking for a Linen Coordinator to take charge of the linen side of our business and ensure our properties are always guest-ready.

Role Responsibilities:

Coordinating linen across multiple properties (pick-up, delivery, and stock rotation).

Managing laundry schedules with providers and ensuring timely turnaround.

Inspecting linen quality and replacing items when needed.

Keeping an accurate inventory of sheets, towels, and extras.

Working closely with our property management team to ensure smooth guest turnovers.

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and highly organised individual.

Strong attention to detail – you’ll notice when linen isn’t up to standard.

A proactive problem-solver who can manage logistics across multiple properties.

Driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel between properties required).

Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or logistics is an advantage, but not essential.
