Mighty Mentors is expanding our exceptional team across the Perth and Peel regions! We're seeking committed and compassionate individuals who thrive on supporting others to achieve their goals through high-quality, person-centred care.

About Us

At Mighty Mentors, we deliver a range of tailored NDIS services including:

Peer mentoring and community participation

In-home support (including personal care)

In-home skill building

Short-term accommodation and respite

3-night group programs focused on life skills, social connection and fun

Based in Joondalup, we are passionate about building strong, respectful and empowering relationships with the people we support.

About You

You are reliable, professional, and bring positive energy to everything you do. You can confidently work independently or as part of a team, and most importantly, you truly care.

You must have:

Previous experience in disability support or a relevant mentoring role

Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal

A valid Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)

A Working with Children Check (WWCC) – if you wish to support clients under 18

Current First Aid & CPR certificates

An unrestricted driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle

NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed (certificate required)
