Join Our Team as a Casual NDIS Support Worker in Disability and Mental Health!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join us in this rewarding role, working across sites including East Victoria Park, Kardinya and Leeming. You will provide crucial support to individuals, helping them achieve independence and live their best lives.
We have over 20 years of experience in the disability sector and would love to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to individuals with mental health and disability needs. You will help with daily activities, offer emotional support, and empower clients to reach their personal goals. Your role will also include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and supporting clients in community engagement and social activities. Every day will be a chance to make a meaningful impact!
Applicants must be available to work with clients aged 18 years and over only.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred support to individuals with disability and mental health needs.
Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
Build positive, empowering relationships to help clients achieve their goals and promote independence.
Support clients in community engagement and social activities.
Encourage personal growth and empowerment in all areas of life.
What We are Looking For:
A passion for supporting people with mental health and disability needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
Flexibility and reliability to work across locations, working a minimum of 3 days per week. Full time opportunities available.
Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare is an advantage but not essential.
A positive, caring and empathetic attitude is essential!
Requirements (we can assist you in attaining these if not already achieved):
NDIS Workers Screen Clearance
Valid First Aid Certificate
Current driver's licence and reliable access to a car with Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
Certificate in Mental Health, Community Services, Disability Support, Health Care or similar (desirable)
Proof of Australian Working Rights
Australian working rights must be held at the time of application.
