As the Personal Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, General Manager Operations and the Executive Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of business activities.
To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in an exciting, multi-faceted business environment which will include managing complex projects, supporting operational process improvements and coordinating essential administrative functions such as travel, guest relations and events.
Responsibilities:
Providing executive support including diary management, travel and meeting coordination and correspondence
Assist in the preparation, collation, and tracking of incident reports and operational documentation
Prepare, format and manage reports, correspondence and presentations
Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion
Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for the Executive Team
Ensure a professional and welcoming reception environment for visitors and guests
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders both in person and via phone
Manage the daily requirements of the office support functions
Support cross-departmental needs when required to meet business objectives
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PEA, EA or PA
Professional discretion and ability to confidently handle sensitive information
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Exposure to transport and logistics will be highly regarded
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work autonomously while remaining a strong team player
Ability to be flexible with working hours as operational needs require
National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months)
